Australian Government Statistics
The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) is Australia's official statistical organisation.

- Australian Institute of Criminology
- The Australian Institute of Criminology (AIC) is the national focus for the study of crime and criminal justice in Australia and for the dissemination of criminal justice information. The institute publishes statistics related to crime and policing in Australia.
- Australian Institute of Health and Welfare
- The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare collects, produces and disseminates health-related and welfare-related statistics and information.
- Safe Work Australia
- Safe Work Australia is an independent statutory agency with primary responsibility to improve occupational health and safety and workers' compensation arrangements across Australia. Safe Work Australia operates under the Commonwealth Government's accountability and governance frameworks.
- Australian Transport Safety Bureau
- The ATSB is an independent multi-model body that investigates, analyses and reports on transport safety. As part of this role the bureau maintains statistics on road, rail, marine and aviation safety within Australia.
- Bureau of Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Economics
- The Bureau of Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Economics (BITRE) provides economic analysis, research and statistics on infrastructure, transport, regional development and local government issues to inform both Australian Government policy development and wider community understanding.

- The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is responsible for the Australian Government's international relations, trade and development assistance programs through its headquarters in Canberra and embassies, high commissions and consulates throughout the world. DFAT publishes statistics relating to Australia's trading activity.

- The Department of Health and Ageing publishes a range of statistical information relating to areas including: Ageing and Aged Care Statistics, Facts and Figures, General Practice Statistics, Medicare Statistics, Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS), Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Statistics, Organ and Tissue Donation Statistics.
- Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs
- The Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs (DIMIA) plays a key role in managing and providing advice on migration and humanitarian policy, border control, Australian citizenship, multicultural affairs and settlement services. The department maintains immigration, multicultural and population statistics.
- Reserve Bank of Australia
- The Reserve Bank of Australia's (RBA) main responsibility is monetary policy. Policy decisions are made by the Reserve Bank Board, with the objective of achieving low and stable inflation over the medium term. Other major roles are maintaining financial system stability and promoting the safety and efficiency of the payments system. The Bank is an active participant in financial markets, manages Australia's foreign reserves, issues Australian currency notes and serves as banker to the Commonwealth Government. The RBA maintains statistics relating to the Australian economy for example on interest rates, exchange rates and money and credit growth.
